The dilemma: bottle feeding vs breastfeeding. How do you know?

I didn’t really start out thinking “Oh! I will definitely breastfeed.” But from the moment I found out that I was pregnant with my first little one…I prayed every single day that she would be ok.

So I started reading and researching everything that I could to have a healthy pregnancy and about giving birth to a healthy baby.

Then came the subject of breastfeeding.

The facts were clear: “Breastfeeding is Best! "

That is what my doctor said. That is what the books said, too. Even the formula companies said it. They all agreed it was best for her and best for me.

Look at her! How could I not do what I felt was best?

There you have it. I was sold! Breastfeeding it was! And so the journey began…
