Breastfeeding and Relaxation
Often times, mothers worry about the process of giving milk to their babies. A tip I've found to be extremely handy concerns the quality of breastfeeding and the technique.
Rather than worrying or being nervous it is best to relax and let the baby do the work. By relaxing, one will tend to the care of your baby which helps both the baby and mother rest.
Studies show that mothers who remain calm during breastfeeding have more relaxed babies as well as an improved breastfeeding experience.
