Breastfeeding with Twins

Us and the Twins

Us and the Twins

My name is Kaida and I am from Florida. I had twins, and was determined to breastfeed.

The best tip that I had ever received was from the nurses at the hospital where my kids were born. They said that one of the best, and least straining ways to feed both kids at one time was to use the football hold for each, supported by pillows (or better yet the boppy pillow) and then sit back and relax.

I found that this was the easiest and best way to get both kids happy and full at the same time, and be able to sit back and relax. It takes some getting used to, and sometimes I'd need help getting set up, but the dual football hold was the best thing about breastfeeding that I have ever learned.
