Efficient Breastfeeding Tips

The best advice I got was actually from a friend. It is possible to control your lactation so that you can pump and store it for later use.

As a mom of three, there is never a dull moment, and for those sleepless nights, it's very hard, not to mention stressful, to get up and breast feed the newest addition(s) to your family!

So, if you are into the all natural breast feeding, you can store some milk for those moments when you can't get to your child more personally.

Now I don't recommend this for long term use (after all, we're not cows), but it is a useful way to get through the stress.
