If Baby is Biting (Visitor Breastfeeding Tip)

by Amy
(Phoenix, AZ)

My daughter recently began biting my nipple while nursing. I know it has a lot to do with teething, but it sure hurts!

A friend saw this happen and commented that I push my baby away from my breast---making a scraping situation----pulling her into me when I begin to feel her bite down has worked really well.
