Fenugreek seeds rock for increasing your milk
by: Anonymous

I am a mom to eight kids (four sons and four daughters). My milk supply also went down with my last daughter.

I used fenugreek seeds successfully to deal with this problem.

Even a registered dietitian who I met used this for her daughter and she recommended it to me.

The way that I used them is that I boiled water for making a tea with the seeds. Once the water boiled, I just added the correct amount of seeds and let them simmer a few minutes. You strain the seeds from the resulting tea, and then you sweeten and drink. My routine was to make the tea, get some sleep and then I would wake up with more milk.
