Lucky Breastfeeding and Working Mommy

by Meg
(Wilkes Barre, PA)

Visitor Story: I am an extremely lucky mother. I have recently gone back to work and have employed my sister-in-law as my babysitter.

At night, I pump my breast milk and save some for the next morning when I know I won't be there. My employer is awesome and lets me have an extra half-hour paid lunch so that I can go home and breastfeed the baby. When I get home I breastfeed him and then I also pump a little extra so that the milk is fresh for him until I get home again at night.

This is why I absolutely love my job and my employer. Not many women can be so lucky. I also get an almost free babysitter at the same time too.

See what you can arrange...you may be lucky too!
