Pumping and Eating Oranges

Pumping and Eating Oranges

Pumping and Eating Oranges

Here is a breastfeeding tip. This is the oddest thing. I have twin boys and need to pump during my lunch hour and run the milk home to the sitter to feed to the babies.

Time does not permit me to feeding them directly during this time. By accident, I discovered that if I ate sections of an orange while pumping, the production was twice as high.

I do not know if there is something in the citrus that helps, or if it just taking my mind off the task. However, it is now my fail proof trick.

Maybe it will help others.
