My name is Mandie, and I'm from Baddeck Nova Scotia.

I think the best tip I ever received was someone referring me to the La Leche League forums. This enabled me to get on the spot support from other breastfeeding mothers when I was frazzled or unsure about what I was doing or feeling like quitting.

It was amazing to be able to get support so quickly any time of the night or day! My cousin and birth coach was the person to give me this tip, and it saved me many times from quitting.
